Meeting Room
If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient space to host your next meeting, workshop or training session, look no further than the KNH Meeting Room. This room is 20 metres squared and can accommodate up to 12 people in a boardroom-style setting. The room is equipped with a white board and a projector screen for your presentation needs. You can also enjoy tea and coffee facilities in the room. The KNH Meeting Room is ideal for small groups who need a professional and affordable venue in the heart of Kununurra.

This is a cosy and comfortable space where you can meet and socialise in an informal setting. The lounge area has three sofas, coffee tables and access additional chairs and tables. The lounge area is also equipped with a Smart TV with Chrome cast to connect with your laptop or personal device. Whether you want to host a private consultation or hold a community group meeting, the lounge area is the perfect place for you! Here you can relax, chat, learn and have fun in a safe space.

Hire Type
Hire of the facility will be classified into one of three categories according to use and fees charged at the associated rates.
Standard Hire
The standard rate applies to most bookings for venue hire. This include any activity (events, classes, courses etc.) for which a fee is charged, leading to a profit for the hirer and/or their organisation (including not for profit organisations); use for commercial promotion activities (i.e. sales promotion).
Private Hire
Applies to Individuals conducting private invitation only activities that are not available to the general public e.g. private birthdays and functions;
Service Providers based in Kununurra running a targeted programs for defined participants.
Community Hire
Applies to Incorporated Community Groups or Not for Profit organisations that are registered or situated within Kununurra. Uses charged at this rate are organisational meetings, organisational activities, community classes (which may charge a fee to cover costs i.e. not make a profit), and other non-commercial events deemed appropriate for the rate by KNH.
